I usually work on a larger scale, but switched things up for DC Arts Center’s Wall Mountables 2013, creating a small scale, 16×20″ painting. DCAC is a community resource that supports some of the area’s most interesting emerging visual artists as well as theater initiatives. Their annual open Wall Mountables show attracts a wide range of participants and is a great opportunity to find smaller and more affordable works for sale, connect with creative folks of all stripes in DC, and enjoy art.  The opening reception is a great party, and will be held this Friday at DCAC’s Adams Morgan space:
